• Wedding Photography

As a seasoned wedding photographer, I blend technical skills and artistic talent to put as much care and attention to detail in capturing the event as you do in planning it. You can relax and be beautiful!

I combine a candid, photo-journalistic style with classic portraiture to give you unique, timeless images that will tell the story of your wedding for years to come.

Your wedding day will be hectic enough without having to worry about the photography - I'll show up on time, I know what I'm doing, and I carry spare equipment in case of failure.

    Portrait Photography

There’s a difference between snapping a picture and making a photograph — especially a portrait.

Pictures are quick. Portraits are deliberate. A picture captures what you see. A portrait is a way of seeing. Lighting, composition, quality — those are the characteristics that define portraiture. It’s the same as the difference between humming a tune and singing an aria.

    The details matter.

Review of Ptarmigan Country Club

Ptarmigan Country Club is a really beautiful golf club a little way south of Fort Collins.

The management were happy to give us a golf cart and direct us to particularly pretty areas of the course (this is not the case with all golf clubs – some won’t allow you out on the course, citing safety.)

As with most country clubs, you find yourself using the (very nice) lockers rooms as the bridal suite. Megan & Jonathan’s wedding was at Ptarmigan Country Club

Ashley B. Senior Photos

Ashley was a lot of fun to photograph. This is the first time I’ve worked with horses – boy, they really have a mind of their own!

Taken at James Bible Park. Cody was great to work with!

Heather & Jeff’s Wedding

Heather and Jeff were married in the Little Ivy Chapel at Fairmount, with the reception at the awesome Forney Transportation Museum.

Steve and Jeanine Aigner of A Digital Affair were the videographers, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They were a delight to work with – fun, creative and most of all, professional!

Review of Christie’s of Genesee

Christie’s of Genesee is a smaller venue, but they pack a lot in – the outdoor ceremony area has a very pretty stream running through it, with views toward the Eastern Plains behind (note that there are very few opportunities to photograph into the sunset here.)

Kerry and Mike were married here.

Review of the Boettcher Mansion

The Boettcher Mansion is a really beautiful old building up on Lookout Mountain. It has a nice gazebo outside for photos, and is surrounded by forest. There is a good sized dressing room for the bride.

Kari & Steve were married here.
